ECOPROCORK® TLICS™

Trowel-able Layered Insulating Cork System

TLICS™ is a thin internal wall system designed for cold wall surfaces where condensation may be contributing to recurring black mould.

It is applied by trowel over a correctly prepared internal wall and can be finished with a conventional plaster skim.

TLICS™ is suitable for appropriate cold-wall and condensation-related problems.

It may be suitable for:

• Cold bedroom walls

• External-facing internal walls

• Mould behind wardrobes

• Cold corners

• Window reveals

• Solid-wall homes

• Rooms where thicker insulation would take up too much space

Before installing TLICS™, the wall should be considered for:

• Plumbing leaks

• Penetrating damp

• Rising damp

• Roof defects

• Failed gutters

• Loose plaster

• Inadequate ventilation

TLICS™ should not be used simply to conceal an unresolved source of moisture.
